The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the compilation work — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.
What the report contains
- the license: number, business and trade names, activity, address, current period
- the other licenses under the same business name in the file
- what was not found, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: state file and date

What the report is NOT
It is not a document of the Division of Revenue, not a certificate of good standing (that comes from the Division of Corporations), and not proof of insurance.
